إن في أخذ الله الشديد لتلك القرى الظالمة لعبرة وعظة لمن خاف عذاب يوم القيامة، ذلك اليوم الذي يجمع الله له الناس لمحاسبتهم، وذلك يوم مشهود يشهده أهل المحشر.

إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّمَنْ خَافَ عَذَابَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمٌ مَّجْمُوعٌ لَّهُ ٱلنَّاسُ وَذَٰلِكَ يَوْمٌ مَّشْهُودٌ
Indeed, there is a sign in this for those who fear the punishment of the Hereafter. That is a Day for which people will be gathered and a Day that will be witnessed.
