The Jews, the Christians and some of the idolaters said: The Merciful has taken a son.

Surah 19 : Ayah 88
وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَلَدًا
They say, “The Most Compassionate has begotten a son.”
