وقال مكذبوك - أيها الرسول -: هلا تأتينا بعلامة من ربك تدلُّ على صدقك، أو لم يأتهم هذا القرآن المصدق لما في الكتب السابقة من الحق؟

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا يَأْتِينَا بِـَٔايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦٓ ۚ أَوَلَمْ تَأْتِهِم بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
They say, “Why does he not bring us a sign from his Lord?” Has there not come to them [the Qur’an as] a confirmation of what is in the earlier Scriptures[51]?
