يوقد هذا المصباح في _مساجد أمر الله_ أن _يعلو قدرها وبناؤها_، ويذكر فيها اسمه _بالأذان والذكر والصلاة، يُصَلِّي_ فيها ابتغاء مرضاة الله _أول النهار وآخره_.

فِى بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ ٱللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسْمُهُۥ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ فِيهَا بِٱلْغُدُوِّ وَٱلْـَٔاصَالِ
[Such niches are lit] in the houses [of worship] which Allah has ordered to raise up, and where His Name is mentioned, and He is glorified therein morning and evening
