وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا۟ مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِن كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ ٱلْجِبَالُ
They hatched their plot[34], but their plot was known to Allah; even if their plot were such that would move mountains[35].
[34] i.e., to kill the Prophet (ﷺ). [35] But due to its feebleness, their plotting was never to remove mountains.
আর (মুহাম্মাদকে হত্যা ও তার দা‘ওয়াতকে নিঃশেষ করতে) তারা নিজেদের ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিল; অথচ আল্লাহর নিকট তাদের সেই ষড়যন্ত্র (এর প্রাপ্য শাস্তি) বিদ্যমান। আর তাদের ষড়যন্ত্র এমন ছিল যে, তার দ্বারা পাহাড়ও টলে যাওয়ার উপক্রম হতো।
