قِيلَ لَهَا ٱدْخُلِى ٱلصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ صَرْحٌ مُّمَرَّدٌ مِّن قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّى ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِى وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَـٰنَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
It was said to her, “Enter the palace.” But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water[12], so she uncovered her calves. He said, “This is a palace paved with crystal.” She said, “My Lord, I have wronged myself, and now I submit along with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.”
[12] The floor of the palace was transparent, under which was flowing water.
(অতঃপর) তাকে (রানিকে) বলা হল: ‘তুমি প্রাসাদটিতে প্রবেশ করো।’ অতঃপর যখন সে তা দেখলো, সে তাকে এক গভীর জলাশয় ধারণা করলো এবং তার পায়ের গোছাদ্বয় খুলে ফেললো। সুলাইমান বললো: ‘এটি আসলে স্বচ্ছ কাঁচ-নির্মিত প্রাসাদ।’ সে বললো: ‘হে আমার রব, নিশ্চয় আমি (এতো দিন তোমার সাথে অন্যের পূজা করে) আমার নিজের প্রতি যলুম করেছি। আমি এখন সুলাইমানের সাথে সৃষ্টিকুলের রব আল্লাহর নিকট আত্মসমর্পণ করলাম।’
