وَإِذَا نَادَيْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱتَّخَذُوهَا هُزُوًا وَلَعِبًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَعْقِلُونَ
When you give the call to prayer[51], they ridicule it and make fun of it; that is because they are people who have no understanding.
[51] Al-Salāh (prayer) is singled out here for it is the most apparent distinctive feature of the Muslim community.
আর যখন তোমরা সালাতের দিকে ডাকো, তখন তারা একে উপহাস ও খেল-তামাশারূপে গ্রহণ করে। তা এই কারণে যে, তারা এমন সম্প্রদায়, যারা বুঝে না।
