وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلًا ۚ لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
The Word of your Lord is perfect in truthfulness and justice; none can change His Words[36], and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
[36] Allah says: “It is We Who have sent down the Reminder [the Qur’an], and it is We Who will preserve it.” See 15:9.
আর সত্য ও ইনসাফের দিক দিয়ে তোমার রবের বাণী পরিপূর্ণ। তাঁর বাণীসমূহের পরিবর্তনকারী কেউ নেই। আর তিনি সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞ।
