أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Does He not know His Own creation[4], when He is the Most Subtle, the All-Aware?
[4] Or does He not know those whom He created?
