আর স্মরণ কর, যখন তোমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতি নিয়েছিলাম, ‘তোমরা একে অপরের রক্তপাত করবে না এবং একে অন্যকে স্বদেশ থেকে বহিষ্কার করবে না, তারপর তোমরা তা স্বীকার করেছিলে। আর তোমরা তার সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছ।

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَـٰقَكُمْ لَا تَسْفِكُونَ دِمَآءَكُمْ وَلَا تُخْرِجُونَ أَنفُسَكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ
And [remember] when We took a covenant from you that you should neither shed blood of one another, nor expel one another from your homes. Then you acknowledged it, while bearing witness to it.
