Go - O Moses - to Pharaoh, for he has overstepped the bounds in disbelief and rebellion against Allah.

ٱذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ
Go to Pharaoh, for he has transgressed all bounds.”
