إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلْنَـٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَآءً ٱلْعَـٰكِفُ فِيهِ وَٱلْبَادِ ۚ وَمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍۭ بِظُلْمٍ نُّذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
As for those who disbelieve and prevent people from Allah’s way and from the Sacred Mosque[15] – which We have made for all people, residents and visitors alike – and whoever intends to deviate therein[16] by evildoing, We will cause him to taste a painful punishment.
[15] In Makkah. [16] As the Sacred Mosque is unique, so mere intention of sin therein is sufficient to bring Allah's punishment.
নিশ্চয় যারা কুফরী করে এবং আল্লাহর পথে চলতে ও মসজিদে হারামে যেতে বাধা দেয়, যাকে আমি স্থানীয় ও বহিরাগত সকলের জন্য সমান করেছি(১০)। আর যে ব্যক্তি ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে অন্যায়ভাবে সেখানে পাপ কাজ করতে চায়, তাকে আমি যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি আস্বাদন করাবো।
(১০) আমি অচিরেই তাদেরকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি আস্বাদন করাবো।
