لَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
The decree [of punishment] has been passed against most of them, for they will not believe.
অবশ্যই তাদের অধিকাংশের ওপর আল্লাহর বাণী (শাস্তি) অবধারিত হয়েছে, ফলে তারা ঈমান আনবে না।
