All of this because they have attributed a son to the Merciful. Allah is high above that by far.

Surah 19 : Ayah 91
أَن دَعَوْا۟ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ وَلَدًا
because they have ascribed to the Most Compassionate a son.
